two room up: Minimum stay 3 nights [15%] off on top
Three room up: Minimum stay 3 nights [20%] off on top

We will get back to you within 24 hours with a Booking number to pay your deposit online
(a deposit of one night will be required).

Cancellation and No Show Policy :
• The booking will be secured only, when the deposit has been paid and the booking cinfirmation has been sent to you.
• Deposit will be refunded, less bank trasfer cost or credit card debition charges,what ever the case may be and only if
the cancellation notification has been received by us on less then 7 days prior to actual check in date (Thai time).
• No show will be subject to on refund of the deposit paid.
• Last minute booking within 7 days: Deposit is subject to on refund.
Note : at guesthouse we accept payment by cash only, but deposit for the 1st night to secure your room reservation will payment by credit card.
